Ground Rules: Format will be: One Round + a Progressive (120) and a Finals (12+ties); the first round will be held at the 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena: 4722 Grape Creek Road, Monday April 5, 9:00am. The top 120 will compete in the ten performances slowest to fastest with a random draw in each performance. Ties will be broken by taking the highest placing contestant in the 2021 WPRA Pro Rodeo World Standings as of March 29, 2021. If still tied, it will be broken taken by taking the highest placing contestant in the 2020 WPRA Pro Rodeo World Standings.
Trades must be completed with the secretary two hours after the completion of the first go round. The "30 hour replacement policy" will be in effect for the progressive. Top 12 + ties will compete in the short go, random draw. If any contestant turn outs at least 3 hours prior to the short round, Procom will contact the next qualifying person and continue to do so until they find someone to take the position. Must have current coggins and health papers. During slack tractor drag after every 5 runs and rework after every 50 runs. Rodeo Performances: Barrel Racers enter pattern in coliseum from holding pen located inside coliseum and exit out of alley. Hand Rake after every contestant during performance. Gate at the end of the alley will be used in the Foster Communications Coliseum during performances. The alley way will NOT be fenced/paneled to narrow the arena. If you have a horse that has trouble stopping or running in a straight line upon exiting, you need to prepare accordingly. In order to maintain a level playing field as possible there will be NO open riding time and thus no contestants on horseback in the Foster Communications Coliseum at any time. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification. Back numbers must be worn during performances. Horses in stalls only.

Ground Rules: Trade Deadline: April 7 5:00pm MT. Format: Two full go-rounds. First go- Friday, April 16th 10:00am (slack, everyone runs). There will be NO first go-round trades. Second go-The top 36 based on the fastest times from the first go-round, will advance to the performances. The top 36 will be placed in the performances slowest to fastest, however each performance will be random competition drawn. Any ties in the top 36 will be broken by taking the contestant with the most money won in the 2021 WPRA World standings as of April 12, 2021. If still tied it will be broken by taking the contestant with the most money won in the 2020 WPRA World Standings. All remaining barrel racers not including the top 36 will run in reverse/flip order of the 1st go-round with all turn-outs and releases taken out, tractor drag to be after every 12 draw positions. Second round will start back one hour after the first go ends. Trades will be permitted in the second go-round, between the performances only. Trades must be completed one (1) hour after first go-round ends and BEFORE the beginning of the second go-round. Random Competition Draw for perfs will be held after trades are closed. Second go round trades allowed perf to perf only. There will be NO trades to Slack. Secretaries discretion whether trade is legal. Barrel Racer may choose to set her run up as allowed in the 2021 WPRA Rule Book, even if the pattern is centered to gate. Contestants competing on Saturday or Sunday performances will be required to sign autographs following performances. Contestants will be asked to sign autographs and mingle with VIP's in Rodeo Sky box. All contestants must wear back numbers provided by Red Bluff Round-Up Rodeo Secretary, which must be visible at all times upon entrance to the rodeo grounds, whether competing or not. Any misuse of back number will be cause for disqualification. In the times events, only the contestant who is competing is allowed in the arena. No horses are allowed in arena when tractor is working. Companion ticket may be requested from a designated contestant at check-in booth prior to each performance. All contestants must sign a release of liability with the secretary before competing in this rodeo. Contestants must park horse trailers in designated areas. If a contestant's actions are deemed detrimental to the PRCA/WPRA, the Red Bluff Round-up, or rodeo in general, that contestant will not be accepted as an entry at Red Bluff Round-Up in 2022 or 2023. Only rodeo contestants with a valid contestant number will be allowed behind the chutes and in the chute or arena area. Numbers must be clearly visible. Anyone caught with an invalid number (one not belonging to them) will have that number confiscated. Anyone giving their number to someone else and/or the recipient of the number will be turned into the PRCA/WPRA and will be subject to the 2 year ban.

"30 Hour Replacement Policy" in effect.. All breakaway ropers run their first go-round Thursday, April 15, 2021 at no earlier than 3:00pm, following the PRCA timed events. The top 24 from the first round will advance to the progressive round in the performances, 8 contestants per performance and contestants will run slowest to fastest. Trades will be allowed between performances. Contestants have one hour following the completion of the first round to trade positions with the rodeo secretary. If a contestant qualifies for the top 24 they must notify the rodeo secretary if they are planning on turning out no later than 1 hour following the 1st round. If a contestant turns out of the second round, will drop to next qualified contestant from the first round. Replacement contestant will fill in turned out contestants spot in order and performance date. Ties for Advancement: If there is a tie in the bottom position resulting in more than 24 contestants, the judges will draw between the tied contestants to determine who will advance. Breakaway may use the PRCA Steer Wrestling score. Breakaway ropers must enter from back of box. Contestants may be asked to mingle with VIP's in Rodeo Sky Box. Contestants will be required to sign autographs following the performance on Saturday and Sunday in the arena. Only contestant who is competing is allowed in the arena. No horses are allowed in the arena when tractor is working. Buckle to event winner. WPRA contestants that win awards must be at the autograph signing following Sunday's performance to take pictures with sponsors and to receive their award. All contestants MUST wear back numbers provided by Red Bluff Round Up Secretary- which must be visible at all times upon entrance to the rodeo grounds, whether competing or not.
