Anyone using portable pens or tying overnight must park at the outdoor arena and space is limited. To help keep costs down, please muck out stalls into alley way prior to departure. Daily haul-ins are asked to rake up all manure into piles. All camping sire have water and power: a limited number of RV sports are available with sewage service on a first-com/first-served basis. The camping fee is required of all who camp overnight, regardless if hook-ups are used or not. There is no dress code at any of the races. A horse can be entered in a race only once no sharing.

Ground Rules: No limits, 2 Go Rounds, back to back. BOTH GO ROUNDS ARE RANDOM DRAWN. The 1st go round of the back to back for each contestant is an 8 AM slack. There will be a slack each morning. Procom will draw the 1st go round slack. Barrel racing will be the first event in slack. There will be a tractor drag following each section of 10. The 2nd go round of the back to back will be in the afternoon performance for a maximum of 10 contestants with the remaining contestants going back to a 2nd slack the same morning after the mens stock. The 10 fastest times from the 1st go round slack will advance to the afternoon performance, though the committee has the option to designate a maximum of 2 contestants who did not qualify under the 10 fastest time criteria to go to the performance in place of the 9th and/or 10th fastest time as applicable. There will not be more than 10 contestants in the performance. The committee must notify Procom which 2 contestants will be placed in the performance by 5 PM MT, the day after the first go round trade deadline. If there is a split when determining the contestants to fill the performance based on fastest times, a flip of the coin by a judge will be used to determine which contestant will compete in the performance and which contestant will compete in the 2nd go round slack. Once it is determined which contestants compete in the performance and which are in slack for the 2nd go round, the 2nd go round positions will be random drawn by the secretary and the judges. Notified Turn Outs and Releases will not be drawn a position for the second go round. There will be a tractor drag prior to the 2nd go round of slack.
Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Friday, March 25 between 12-2PM MT.
