Ground Rules:We are using BBR Rules for Barrel Race, No Alcohol allowed on premises, coggins enforced, horse substitutions can be mad if the original horse entered is vetted out and the office is notified one hour before class. Rider substitutions can be made as long as the office is notified at least one hour before class. If buying out another persons run, all money exchanges for the buyout must be handled between the riders and the original rider must be the one to notify the Sally Vielma Memorial Barrel Race officials of the situation. These buyouts must be completed at least one hour before class, or the original rider will be considered a scratch. Medical Releases/Vet outs will be allowed, refunds for jackpot portion only. Documentation from Veterinarian or Doctor Release must be in the office one hour before time for the barrel race.
