to rodeo performance time. Contestants enter and park
on the West side of the chuckwagon track. Contract Personnel
have access across the track Friday morning and Sunday
evening ONLY! No contestants will have vehicle access
to the infield. Contestants are asked to keep their
parking/camping area clean of garbage and debris and
asked to use the garbage containers on site. Contestants
are asked to meet with Committee chairs upon arrival
at slack, committee is working to incorporate the slack
as KIDS EVENING. Autograph sessions with kids will be
held in the grandstand area. We ask for contestants
competing on Thursday to come prepared for the autograph
session.

Ground Rules:The barrel racing pattern will be set up
so that the barrel races enter the arena from the north
end gate. This is necessary to alleviate the possibility
of an accident involving barrel racers and pedestrians
trying to cross the track. Portable pens set up beside
trailers may not be larger than 10 feet x 10 feet. Contestants
selected to be introduced each day as representatives
of their event will participate either by riding into
the arena from the South end gate or waving from chute.
Timed event contestants must stay behind the large gate
until they are on deck and must vacate the arena immediately
upon completion of their run. This is necessary to allow
the spectators in the South end of the grand stand to
be able to see the timed events in an unhindered manner.
Due to heavy traffic and congestions on the first day
of the rodeo, contestants who are only up in the slack
must park on the race track and have vehicles and trailers
removed from the track within one hour of slack ending.
During paid performances the high score/fast time of
the day for each event will be recognized with a victory
lap. Contestants are asked to participate. Contestant
companion seating will be available in the South end
of the main grandstand.
